Music plays a major role in the majority of our lives. Hearing music produces good hormones and decreases the hormones that make you stressed making us feel relaxed and stress free. It can be played to unwind after a long day, remind ourselves of memories, to put us in a good mood, etc. Overall, music plays an important and beneficial role to our lives.
