Water is essential to life. Water accounts for more than 60% of our bodies, and throughout our lives, it is estimated that we use 30,000 gallons of water. It’s important to stay hydrated, because if you don’t have enough water in your system, it could lead to dehydration and other health issues. Remember, everyone’s body is different, so go with what works for you.
